Policies
All reservations on Cipherstay are paid in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC or SOL). Once a payment is sent to the provided wallet address and confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed. Crypto payments are non-refundable.
After we verify your on-chain payment, our team books the hotel on your behalf. You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours.
If we are unable to complete your reservation for any reason — for example, if the hotel is no longer available — the full amount will be refunded to you.
