Chiperstay does not require users to create an account for MVP concierge requests.

Chiperstay may use request data to:

• Process booking assistance requests
• Respond through Concierge chat
• Verify booking details
• Prevent abuse or fraud
• Improve hotel search and support quality
• Maintain records of user approval and booking status

Chiperstay does not sell user booking request data.

Users should not share unnecessary sensitive information through the chat.
