Refund Policy

Crypto payments are final and non-refundable.

Once a crypto payment is sent and confirmed, Chiperstay does not offer refunds for crypto-paid booking requests unless Chiperstay is unable to complete the booking after payment has been received.

If a booking cannot be completed by Chiperstay after payment, Chiperstay may provide a case-by-case resolution based on the specific booking request.

Hotel cancellation rules are set by the hotel or booking provider. If the hotel or booking provider marks a reservation as non-refundable, the booking is non-refundable.

Chiperstay does not refund:

• Completed crypto payments
• Blockchain network fees
• Price changes after quote expiration
• User errors in payment amount, asset, or network
• Non-refundable hotel bookings
• Cancellations requested after confirmation

Users must review the final quote, hotel details, dates, cancellation policy, and payment instructions before sending any crypto payment.
