Chiperstay is a hotel search and concierge-assisted booking platform. Users can search hotel price information, compare available options, and request manual booking assistance for selected international stays.

A booking request is not a confirmed reservation. Hotel availability, final price, cancellation terms, room type, and payment options must be confirmed before a booking is completed.

Chiperstay may provide third-party booking links or manual concierge assistance depending on the hotel, destination, and availability.

Crypto payment assistance is not available for hotels located in Türkiye.

By using Chiperstay, you agree that:

• Hotel prices may change before final confirmation.
• A booking is confirmed only after Chiperstay or the relevant booking provider confirms it.
• Crypto Concierge is available only for selected non-Türkiye hotels.
• Chiperstay may refuse, cancel, or expire any request that cannot be verified or completed.
• Users are responsible for reviewing all final booking details before continuing.
