Need help with a booking request?

Use Chiperstay Concierge from your booking request page.

For each request, please include:

• Destination
• Hotel name
• Check-in date
• Check-out date
• Number of guests
• Preferred room type, if any
• Whether you want standard booking help or Crypto Concierge

Chiperstay Concierge will respond through the request chat.

Do not send any crypto payment before receiving official payment instructions from Chiperstay Concierge.

Crypto Concierge is available only for selected non-Türkiye hotels.
