Crypto Payment Terms

Crypto payment assistance is available only for selected non-Türkiye hotel bookings.

Crypto payments are not available for hotels located in Türkiye.

Crypto payments for eligible international stays are final and non-refundable. Chiperstay does not charge an extra crypto payment fee.

Crypto payments are final. There are no refunds for completed crypto payments unless Chiperstay cannot complete the booking after receiving payment.

Chiperstay does not charge an extra crypto payment fee. However, blockchain network fees or third-party provider fees may apply and are outside Chiperstay's control.

Users must send the exact asset, exact amount, and correct network shown in the payment instructions.

Chiperstay is not responsible for:

• Payments sent to the wrong address
• Payments sent on the wrong network
• Incorrect payment amounts
• Delayed blockchain confirmations
• Payments sent after the quote expires
• Payments sent before official Chiperstay payment instructions are provided

Users should not send any crypto payment until Chiperstay Concierge provides a final quote and payment instructions.
